Soft-launch terms

Catalog prices are estimates. Sending a design inquiry or cart request does not create an accepted order, reserve a date, or authorize a charge. We must confirm required business and food approvals, availability, artwork rights, the final quote and fulfillment details before accepting any sale.

No payment is taken on this website during the soft launch. After confirmation, we can send a secure Square invoice. Do not include card details in forms or email. Any deposit, cancellation or refund terms must be disclosed and agreed before payment.

Local pickup, delivery and California shipping are proposed options, not guaranteed services. Dates, locations and costs require individual confirmation. Nationwide shipping is not offered in this phase.

Only request artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Design Studio is coming soon; sending an inquiry does not purchase studio credits or grant permission to use others' artwork.
