How our soft launch works

Browse products, build a cart and send a nonbinding order request. We will discuss your design, confirm availability and quote the final price. No payment is collected on this website during the soft launch. Required business and food approvals must be in place before sales or fulfillment.

After confirmation, we can send a secure Square invoice. Never send us card numbers by email or through a contact form. To change or follow up on a request, contact our makers.

Pickup & delivery

We are based in Redwood City, California. Let us know if you would prefer local pickup or delivery. Locations, costs and dates are confirmed individually and depend on required approvals.

Shipping

California shipping may be available after approvals and confirmation. We are not offering nationwide shipping during this phase. Packaging, rates and arrival dates will be discussed before an order is accepted.

Allergens

Our classic sugar cookies contain wheat, eggs and milk. Recipe-specific ingredients and kitchen cross-contact risks must be confirmed with our makers before ordering. We cannot promise allergen-free cookies.

Design Studio: coming soon

Our planned studio will help you explore designs and preview artwork on a cookie. Until it opens, tell our makers your idea directly. Use only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
